LG G Vista

LG G Vista

Phablet Review

This great review by Lisa Gade of Mobile Tech Reviews gives a great overview of what can be expected of the great new mini tablet designed by LG.

Lisa Gade reviews the LG G Vista, a 5.7” Android smartphone or phablet. This is a relatively affordable midrange big screen phone that runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad core 1.2GHz CPU with Adreno 305 graphics. It has 1.5 gigs of RAM, 8 gigs of internal storage and a microSD card slot compatible with cards up to 64 gigs.

We look at the Verizon Wireless version that sells for $49 with 2 year contract and $399 full retail. AT&T will also offer the phone. The G Vista has a 1280 x 720 IPS display, a front 1.3MP camera and rear 8MP camera with laser auto-focus and HDR. It has an IR blaster for AV remote control, dual band WiFi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and a GPS. The G Vista weighs 5.93 oz. and it’s 0.36” thick. It has a removable 3200 mAh battery.
